At Dreamy Snaps LLC, every phone case is made just for you — custom, stylish, and totally unique! Because of that, we want you to love what you ordered. Please read below for our return and exchange guidelines 👇

🛍️ All Sales Are Final
Each phone case (including custom sublimation designs) is made to order, meaning we print and craft it specifically for your device. For that reason, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

💔 Damaged or Defective Orders
We totally get it — accidents can happen during shipping! If your case arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery at dreamysnaps@myyahoo.com with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll gladly replace the item or issue store credit if the damage is verified.

⚡ Order Changes
Once an order is placed, we can’t guarantee changes — but reach out to us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help before production begins!
